We provide RO water purifier repair, installation, uninstallation, filter replacement, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans, and related services at homes, offices, restaurants, schools and hospitals across Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on this website (e.g. "starting at" or "from") are indicative and may vary based on your RO model, brand, parts required, and site conditions. Our technician will always confirm the final price with you before starting any chargeable work, and you will not be charged beyond what you approve.
4. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings made via call, WhatsApp, or the website form are confirmed subject to technician availability in your area. While we aim for the arrival windows mentioned on this site (e.g. 30-45 minutes), actual arrival time can vary due to traffic, location, or demand.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking any time before the technician is dispatched by contacting us via call or WhatsApp, at no charge.
6. Warranty
Eligible repairs and part replacements include service warranty support as communicated by your technician at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs by others, power surges, or natural wear beyond the stated warranty period.
7. AMC Plans
AMC pricing shown on this site (Local RO and Branded RO plans) is a starting price; the exact plan cost depends on your RO brand/model and will be confirmed before you subscribe. AMC plans cover scheduled services as described in the plan details communicated to you at signup.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure reasonable access to the RO unit and provide accurate contact/location details so our technician can reach you. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided at booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in every service visit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to RO Repair Lucknow / Sangam Point and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.
